US Flag Bf109 - Constantin Bâzu [Buzz] Cantacuzino
Catalog nr: RB-D32001, Producer: RB Productions
price:more »49,00 pln- Capitan Aviator (R) Constantin ”Bâzu” [Buzz] Cantacuzino was Romania’s highest scoring ace with 56 confirmed and 13 probable victories. Born on the 11th of November 1905 into a Romanian noble family (he was routinely referred to as a prince) he was an accomplished aerobatic pilot and an active sportsman. In 1941 he became chief pilot of LARES airlines. The same year he joined the frontline flying Hurricanes with the 53rd Fighter Squadron. He later flew with the 7th Fighter Group and in August 1944 he became the commander of the 9th Fighter Group.
- Most of his victories were gained against Soviet aircraft both on the Eastern Front and on the Home Defence Front but he also scored victories against American aircraft on the Home Defence Front and against Luftwaffe aircraft after the 23rd of August 1944. After the war he returned to his former job with LARES and in 1947, dissatisfied with the Soviet influence in postwar Romania, he fled to Italy. He settled in Spain where he continued to perform aerobatic displays. He died on the 26th of May 1958 and is buried in Madrid.

IAR / Messerschmitt Bf109 Ga-6
Catalog nr: RB-D32002, Producer: RB Productions
price:more »49,00 plnMesserschmitt Bf109 Ga-6 built by IAR Braşov in Romania
- A total of 75 Messerschmitt Bf109 Ga aircraft were built under licence by IAR Braşov in Romania between 1944 and 1947. The first 15 airframes, with serial numbers 300 to 315, were Bf109Ga-4 type. The remaining 60 airframes, with the serial numbers 316 to 375, were Bf109Ga-6 type. These were delivered as follows: 10 in 1944, 21 in 1945, 12 in 1946 and 24 in 1947. The aircraft were fitted with one 20mm cannon firing through the propeller spinner and two 13,2mm machine guns on the nose. The aircraft were fitted with unique blisters to cover the ammunition feed chutes of the 13,2mm machine guns. Photographs show that the ammunition feed mechanisms and chutes were standard, therefore, it appears that the modified blisters served only aerodynamic purposes. These aircraft were in service until 1954 and they were scrapped in 1955 when they were replaced with Russian aircraft.
NOTE: The decal sheet also includes resin parts to modify the nose bulges. These parts were designed for the Hasegawa kit.

Flip-R10 Folding Tool for Photo Etched Parts
Catalog nr: RB-T001, Producer: RB Productions
price:more »102,50 plnThis is a bending tool for photoetched parts. This can bend any commercially available photoetched parts up to a length of 10 cm (approx 4 in). Suitable for all scales and all types of modeling.
This tool works by the same principle as the hinged bending brakes that can be found in many metal workshops around the world. The photoetched parts are held in place between the base and the bending attachment, then they are bent by pivoting the hinged bending plate. The tool can also be used in the more "traditional" manner whereby a blade can be used to bend the parts.
The tool is made from stainless steel and can be easily stored in your toolbox.
The tool comes flat packed and minor assembly is required.
The office clamps depicted in the pictures are not included in the package, but they can be obtained cheaply from any local office supplier. For most usual bends, finger pressure is enough to hold the parts in place.
