With its roots in the successful P-80 Shooting Star jet fighter, the Lockheed T-33, popularly known as the T-Bird, became the USAF's standard advanced trainer of the 1950s. Almost 5,700 T-33As were built for the USAF and USN, of which more than 1,000 were transferred to NATO Allies and others to a number of smaller air forces worldwide, and the aircraft were also licence-built in Canada and Japan. The type's operational service spanned well over 40 years, thus reaching an amazing record in longevity. The "Dozen Set" line of handbooks is aimed especially at scale modellers. Each title describes twelve particular aeroplanes, documented by period photos, and also brings useful detailed shots which can be utilised in finishing the models. The publication has 28 pages, including a total of 49 overall and detailed photographs, 12 pages with colour camouflage schemes and their description. Text in English. A comprehensive decal sheet is added for modellers' convenience. Three variants of this title are available, one including 1/32 scale decal sheet (MKD32008; 2x 250x200 mm sheets), one 1/48 scale decals (MKD48008; 1x 250x200 mm sheet) and another with 1/72 transfers (MKD72008; 1x 200x150 mm sheet). Designed by a four-nation European consortium, the Eurofighter EF-2000 represents the 4th generation combat jet, primarily intended for air defence but also having a limited air-to-ground capability. With the prototypes flying in 1994 and the first production aircraft in 2003, the initial contract called for 620 planes for the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, while later, Austria and Saudi Arabia also became type users. Recently, other states have been offered the Typhoons to replace their aircraft currently in service, so it is likely that the Eurofighters will soon be seen wearing new liveries and markings. The "Dozen Set" line of handbooks is aimed especially at scale modellers. Each title describes twelve particular aeroplanes, documented by period photos, and also brings useful detailed shots which can be utilised in finishing the models. The publication has 28 pages (identical to previously published book on the Eurofighter Typhoon, MKD006), plus extra 4 separate sheets with new camouflage profiles, including a total of 49 overall and detailed photographs, 12 pages with original colour camouflage schemes and their description. Text in English. A comprehensive new decal sheet is added for modellers' convenience. Two variants of this title are available, one including 1/48 scale decal sheet (MKD48009) and another 1/72 scale decals (MKD72009). Following fictitious aircraft are depicted on each decal sheet: Czech Air Force (1x), Canadian Armed Forces (1x), Swiss Air Force (1x) and Japanese Air Self Defence Force (1x).

Designed in accordance with the "Zerstörer" (heavy fighter-bomber) concept just prior WWII, the Me 210 was, however, a failure in terms of flying characteristics. Following extensive modifications, its successor, the Me 410 Hornisse (Hornet), was produced in substantial numbers and many variants and saw operational service in Italy and North Africa, and over Germany and Central Europe. The improved Me 210 was also licence-built in Hungary. The publication has 28 pages, including a total of 49 overall and detailed photographs, 12 pages with colour camouflage schemes and their description. Text in English. A comprehensive decal sheet is added for modellers' convenience. Two variants of this title are available, one including 1/48 scale decal sheet (MKD48010; 1x 250x200 mm sheet) and another with 1/72 transfers (MKD72010; 1x 200x110 mm sheet). The Tornado variable-sweep wing combat aircraft was the result of a tri-national development and production programme, which was started in the late 1960s. Initially known as the MRCA, this aeroplane was designed to fulfil close air support, counter-air and naval strike and reconnaissance roles. Two main two-seat variants evolved, the IDS (Interdictor Strike, or bomber) and ADV (Air Defence Variant, or fighter), and the aircraft were supplied to the UK, West Germany, Italy and Saudi Arabia. With their manufacture shared among the former three countries, nearly 1,000 planes had been built by 1998. The publication has 28 pages, including a total of 49 overall and detailed photographs, 12 pages with colour camouflage schemes and their description. Text in English.
